Next to consistent top performer Teneriffe, Milton has knocked out other contenders and taken second place for the suburb with the fastest growth in median sale prices for houses.

Milton median house prices rose by 31.9% in the last 12 months, with the median price rising to $937,000.

Consistent top notcher Teneriffe, which used to be an industrial zone, jumped 32.2% over last year’s median house sale price, reaching up to $1.95 million and keeping its title as Brisbane’s most expensive suburb.
