A cheese restaurant. It’s a first in Australia and it’s in Brisbane, in Milton to be exact. Called Fromage The Cow, it opened earlier this year and is the first full cheese-orientated restaurant in Brisbane. The restaurant is owned and managed by Frenchman Tony Launay, who has more than a decade’s experience of working in the restaurant business in France, England, Spain and Canada.
