Guess who’s back to give (doughnut) love a second chance!

That’s right, Doughnut Time is making a big come back in the CBD with many of your old favourites and new varieties to satisfy your sweet cravings. Initially, eight new stores will be opened across Australia including Myer Centre in the CBD and South Bank. We have the new owner, and fitness entrepreneur, Peter Andros to thank for our beloved doughnut’s revival.

It was back in March this year when Doughnut Time’s former owner Damian Griffiths decided to close shop due to financial problems. Efforts to sell the business off to its then-CEO Dan Strachotta had failed.

According to Doughnut Time Australia’s website, it will be an entirely new team this time around with no connection to the previous management.

“The new owner, Pete Andros has always loved the brand and of course, the delicious doughnuts. He saw an opportunity to save the great Brisbane-born brand and bring back Australia’s most loved sweet treats,” as stated in the Doughnut Time website FAQ page.

Increase Your Business Profile

Aside from the old faves, Doughnut Time will be upgrading its menu with some vegan, gluten-free, low-sugar, and some keto-friendly doughnut varieties for a guilt-free doughnut feast.

We can hardly wait, Doughnut Time!
