The menu is limited to only four sandwiches: a fried chicken option, a reuben-inspired creation, a stellar steak sanga, and a roast pork variant. So far, the most popular one is the “Not A F*$&en Rueben” sandwich, which is wood-smoked wagyu brisket pastrami served with red cheddar, pickles, and signature sauce.

Although the menu is currently small, it is clear that the focus is on quality over quantity. Each sandwich is carefully crafted to ensure that customers get the best experience possible.

Complementing the sandwiches are a range of beverages that patrons can enjoy with their meals, such as cold beers and ginger beer from Happy Valley Co and Easy Times Brewing, Bloody Marys from Burleigh Drinks, or sodas from Nectar Vodka.

The eatery features an open kitchen that faces a counter for ordering and takeaway. The seating area comprises six bar tables with chairs placed beneath an awning.

Additionally, the restaurant’s no-cutlery policy and aversion to paper straws show that they are committed to reducing waste and environmental impact.

Overall, Eat at Billy’s is a must-try for meat lovers who appreciate simplicity and quality. With its focus on delicious sandwiches made with the best ingredients, it’s sure to become a popular spot in Rosalie.
