The much-anticipated W Hotel in Brisbane has recently opened and aside from the luxurious amenities that it brings, many are excited to try out the hotel’s signature restaurant, the Three Blue Ducks.
Managed by a popular culinary group in Australia known for serving home-grown and ethically sourced menu, Three Blue Ducks has expanded to cater to Queensland. Three Blue Ducks at W Hotel is a bit more sophisticated than the other restaurants int he group. It is also the group’s largest restaurant to date.
Located at the third level of the hotel, Three Blue Ducks can accommodate up to 156 people. It offers a magnificent view of the Brisbane River via its floor-to-ceiling windows. The sophisticated colour palette and combination of materials used, such as wood, greenery, and concrete, along with its light and airy feel, complement the hotel’s aesthetic. At the same time, it provides customers a cosy atmosphere that gives a welcoming dining experience that will have them coming back for more.
Brisbane locals can expect to experience the same culinary goodness for which the restaurant is renowned. All of the products they use are locally sourced and guaranteed fresh.
Along with their signature dishes, the restaurant has also developed new items for their Queensland branch. They serve a small breakfast buffet with a la carte choices, lunch, dinner, and spirits. The Queensland’s seasonal menu features the best local produce from Queensland and northern New South Wales.
The group consists of Mark Labrooy, Sam Reid-Boquist, Chris Sorrell, Darren Robertson, Jeff Bennett, and Andy Allen. Their first ever location was established in Bronte followed by venues in Byron Bay and Roseberry, both in NSW.
