The Lobster Shack has finally arrived in Brisbane after its sell out Lobster Roll & Champagne pop-ups in Sydney, Melbourne, and Gold Coast.
From 6 September until 22 September, get your fill of freshly caught Clearwater Maine lobsters wrapped in toasted brioche buns paired with Veuve Cliquot in Petrie Terrace.
There’s nothing better than eating huge Clearwater Maine lobster tails that are slow cooked in butter and then wrapped in freshly toasted brioche bun.
You won’t just be getting the rolls, though. To better complement this mouthwatering dish, it comes with a side of Parmesan Truffle fries — and all for these for only $35!
You can get your lobster roll with a side of fries and a glass of bubble for only $50.

Thursday and Friday – 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. / 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or until sold out
Saturday and Sunday – 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or until sold out
