Disney Opens King George Square Golf Course Inspired by Pixar Movies

Looking to introduce your kids to golf or want to visit somewhere that caters to all members of the family? Visit Pixar Putt, the latest family attraction at King George Square.

This pop-up golf course, which only runs from June 7-July 14 2019, is located right next to the CityHall.

You can choose from 9 or 18 holes inspired by Pixar movies like Toy Story, The Incredibles, and The Good Dinosaur, Finding Nemo, Inside Out, and Monsters, Inc.

A 9-hole round usually takes around 30-40 minutes for a group of four while an 18-hole round takes around an hour to one and a half hours for a group of four.

Whilst there are no live characters to appear at Pixar Putt, there is a photo opportunity with Buzz Lightyear and Sheriff Woody to check out as you enter.

You don’t have to bring anything because they will provide the golf clubs, golf balls, score cards and pencils. But since it’s an outdoor event, don’t forget your sunscreen and comfortable shoes.

Child Tickets cover ages 3-14. Players 15 years and older will require an Adult Ticket. Tickets are available from the website or at the Pixar Putt ticket booth, located at King George Square.

There are car parks around King George Square, but if you’re planning to get there by train, you can take a short walk from Central Station to reach your destination.

Pixar Putt is open Mondays to Sundays with different entry hours. For more information about this new attraction, visit their website.
